Symptoms

すべてのPowerProtect Data Managerサービスを開始することはできません。

の var/log/brs/"service"/"service".out とか /usr/local/brs/adm/adm.out 次に例を示します。

Cause

ファイル /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml がすべて空であるため、サービスを初期化できませんでした。

Resolution

別のPowerProtect Data Managerから、対応するファイルを取得します。 /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml または、ダウンしているサービスの場合は、次の場所にコピーして貼り付けます。 logback.xml ファイルが空です。

別のPowerProtect Data Managerホストが使用できない場合は、 Dellサポートにお問い合わせください。
