Symptoms

Alle PowerProtect Data Manager-tjenester kan ikke startes.

Cause

Filene /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml var alle tomme, og tjenesten kunne derfor ikke initialiseres.

Resolution

Fra en annen PowerProtect Data Manager kan du hente den tilsvarende filen for /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml eller for tjenesten som er nede, og kopier og lim den inn på plasseringen der logback.xml Filen er tom.
