Symptoms

Det går inte att starta alla PowerProtect Data Manager-tjänster.

Cause

Filerna /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml var alla tomma, så tjänsten kunde inte initieras.

Resolution

Från en annan PowerProtect Data Manager hämtar du motsvarande fil för /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml eller för tjänsten som ligger nere och kopiera och klistra in den på den plats där logback.xml Filen är tom.
