Symptoms

모든 PowerProtect Data Manager 서비스를 시작할 수는 없습니다.

안에 var/log/brs/"service"/"service".out 같은 /usr/local/brs/adm/adm.out 예를 들면 다음과 같습니다.

Cause

파일 /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml 모두 비어 있으므로 서비스를 초기화할 수 없습니다.

Resolution

다른 PowerProtect Data Manager에서 다음에 해당하는 파일을 가져옵니다. /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml 또는 다운된 서비스의 경우 복사하여 logback.xml 파일이 비어 있습니다.

다른 PowerProtect Data Manager 호스트를 사용할 수 없는 경우 Dell 지원에 문의하십시오.
