PPDM: Services uitgeschakeld met 'Kan logboekregistratie niet initialiseren vanaf config-logback.xml'

Summary: Nadat PowerProtect Data Manager geen ruimte meer heeft, zijn alle services uitgeschakeld en wordt het programma opnieuw opgestart.

Symptoms

Kan niet alle PowerProtect Data Manager-services starten.

In het var/log/brs/"service"/"service".out zoals /usr/local/brs/adm/adm.out Als voorbeeld:

Cause

De bestanden /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml waren allemaal leeg, en dus kon de dienst niet worden geïnitialiseerd.

Resolution

Haal van een andere PowerProtect Data Manager het equivalente bestand op voor /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml of voor de service die niet beschikbaar is, en kopieer en plak deze naar de locatie waar de logback.xml Bestand is leeg.

Als er geen andere PowerProtect Data Manager host beschikbaar is, neemt u contact op met Dell Support.
