Symptoms

所有 PowerProtect Data Manager 服務都無法啟動。

在 var/log/brs/"service"/"service".out 如 /usr/local/brs/adm/adm.out 例如：

Cause

檔案 /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml 都為空，因此無法初始化服務。

Resolution

從其他 PowerProtect Data Manager 中，取得等效的檔案 /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml 或針對已關閉的服務，將其複製並貼到 logback.xml 檔案為空。

如果另一個 PowerProtect Data Manager 主機無法使用，請聯絡 Dell 支援。
