PowerFlex 4.x: Resource Groups Are in Failed Deployment State Post OTM

Symptoms
A screenshot showing the failed deployment state and an alert stating: Components need to be upgraded.
Impact
Resource groups are in an unhealthy Deployment state.
Cause
During the OTM, an intermittent issue may arise where the PowerFlex Gateway pod restarts before setting the required values.
Resolution
Run an inventory job on the PowerFlex Gateway.
Once the inventory job is complete, go to the resource group in an Errored deployment state and submit a retry operation on the resource group.
