Announcement
Dell Technologies made the strategic decision, that, on April 30, 2026, Dell BSAFE™ Micro Edition Suite and BSAFE Crypto-C Micro Edition FIPS Module will enter Limited Support as per the Lifecycle Stages defined at Dell BSAFE Product Version Lifecycle for a period of one year.
Once the one-year period has passed, on April 30, 2027, Dell will no longer be providing support, bugfixes nor security fixes for BSAFE Micro Edition Suite and BSAFE Crypto-C Micro Edition FIPS Module, hence reaching End of Life / End of Service Life.
Existing BSAFE Micro Edition Suite and Crypto-C Micro Edition customers may be eligible to replacement products, Dell BSAFE Crypto Module for C and Dell BSAFE TLS-C, if their software license agreement provided such clause.
