Symptoms
De klant heeft het CloudLink 7.1.4 cluster bijgewerkt naar 7.1.9, maar heeft geen toegang tot de gebruikersinterface.
Bij het upgraden naar CloudLink 7.1.8 doet zich hetzelfde probleem voor.
In het browservenster ziet u het volgende bericht:
Unable to Connect An error occurred during a connection to CLServerName
Cause
Dit is een bekend probleem met CloudLink VM's die worden uitgevoerd op Azure. Ze kunnen hun hostnaam niet oplossen.
Resolution
Neem contact op met Dell Support om dit probleem op te lossen. We moeten het hostbestand op elk van de VM's wijzigen waarvoor Engineering-toegang is vereist.
