Symptoms

De Realtek USB GBE Ethernet-controllerdriver die in de dockingstations, USB-dongles en monitoren van Dell zit, kan een probleem ondervinden bij het instellen van een VLAN-tag voor het netwerk. De client kan een ongeldig IP-adres ontvangen dat begint met 169.x.x.x.

Cause

Resolution

Bijwerken naar Realtek USB GBE Ethernet Controller Driver versie A30 11.13.0420.2023 of later op de computer lost het probleem op. Voor het downloaden en installeren van de driver raadpleegt u Dell drivers en firmware downloaden en installeren.
