Symptoms

vProxy FLR 에이전트를 설치하는 동안 다음 오류 메시지로 인해 마운트 작업 중에 PowerProtect Data Manager FLR(File Level Recovery)이 실패합니다.

error: code=0, text=Unable to mount disks.  Unable to install vProxy Agent on ''.  Command 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\msiexec.exe' terminated with exit code 1601.). State Mounting -> Failure. Progress 100%

Cause

파일 레벨 복구 마법사를 따르는 동안 제공된 자격 증명이 올바르지 않아 오류 코드 1601이 발생합니다.
