Symptoms

OpenShift 이벤트 코드에 대한 Dial-Home 케이스가 생성됩니다. 1038CLST0005, 이벤트에 openshift-marketplace 네임스페이스에서 1시간 이상 대기하는 Pod 컨테이너가 언급됩니다.

 
문제 포드를 확인할 때 포드가 다시 생성되었을 수 있기 때문에 동일한 이름의 포드를 찾을 수 없을 가능성이 큽니다.
 
Pod는 openshift-marketplace 네임스페이스에 있으며 OpenShift Container Platform 4.13에서 4.10까지 자주 생성 및 종료됩니다.

Cause

원인은 OpenShift Container Platform 4.10-4.13의 알려진 버그입니다

 

Resolution

Red Hat KCS 7016065이 하이퍼링크는 Dell Technologies 외부의 웹사이트로 연결됩니다.에 따라 현재 솔루션은 OpenShift Container Platform 4.14+로 업그레이드하는 것입니다.

 

참고: 이전 Red Hat KCS 7011359에는 해결 방법이 있었지만 문제를 일으켜 제거되었습니다. 이제 KCS 7016065로 전달됩니다.

4.14로 업그레이드할 수 없는 고객의 경우 다음 해결 방법을 따르십시오.

1) OCP 버전이 4.10에서 4.13 사이인 경우 네임스페이스 openshift-marketplace 에 대한 이벤트 1038CLST0005를 무시합니다.

2) openshift-marketplace 네임스페이스에서 이벤트를 무음으로 설정할 수 있습니다.

  1. Observe ->Alerting ->Silences로 이동
  2. 음소거 만들기를 클릭합니다.
  3. 기간의 "For..."에서 "-"를 선택한 다음 "Until..."을 편집합니다.  ( 컨테이너 레지스트리 서버에 대한 KubeContainerWaiting 경고가 없도록 향후 시간으로 변경)
  4. "alertname=KubeContainerWaiting", "namespace=openshift-marketplace", "container=registry-server" 레이블을 추가합니다(컨테이너를 추가하지 않으면 네임스페이스 "openshift-marketplace"의 모든 Pod에 대한 경고가 무음으로 설정됨)

이 KB는 네임스페이스 openshift-marketplace 의 이벤트에만 해당되며, 이벤트 및 다이얼 홈이 다른 네임스페이스의 Pod에 대한 경우 경고를 음소거하지 말고 필요에 따라 문제를 해결합니다.
