會為 OpenShift 事件代碼建立 dial-home 案例：1038CLST0005，事件提到 Pod 容器在命名空間 openshift-marketplace 中等待超過 1 小時

 
檢查問題容器時，很可能找不到同名的容器，因為該容器可能已再次重新創建。
 
位於 openshift-marketplace 命名空間中的 Pod 會在 OpenShift Container Platform 4.13 到 4.10 中頻繁建立和終止。
 
在 pod 的 openshift-marketplace 命名空間中建立和終止多個事件

Cause

原因是 OpenShift 容器平台 4.10-4.13 中的已知錯誤

Resolution

根據 Red Hat KCS 7016065此超連結會帶您前往 Dell Technologies 以外的網站。，目前的解決方案是升級至 OpenShift 容器平台 4.14+。

 

註：舊版 Red Hat KCS 7011359有因應措施，但造成問題並已被刪除 - 現在正轉寄至 KCS 7016065。

對於無法升級到 4.14 的客戶，請遵循以下解決方法：

1） 如果 OCP 版本是 4.10 至 4.13，請忽略命名空間 openshift-marketplace 的事件 1038CLST0005。

2）我們可以在命名空間openshift-marketplace中使事件靜音。

  1. 前往 觀察 ->警示 ->靜音
  2. 點擊建立靜音
  3. 在「持續時間」下的「For...」中選取「-」，然後編輯「直到...」  （變更 為未來的時間，因此容器登錄檔伺服器不會出現任何 KubeContainerWaiting 警示）
  4. 新增標籤 「alertname=KubeContainerWaiting」、「namespace=openshift-marketplace」、「container=registry-server」 （如果我們不新增容器，它會使命名空間「openshift-marketplace」中所有 pod 的警示靜音）

此 KB 僅適用於命名空間 openshift-marketplace 中的事件，如果事件和 dial home 用於其他命名空間中的 pod，請不要靜音警報並根據需要進行故障排除。
