Symptoms

SupportAssist lopettaa kotipuhelutiedostojen ja hälytysten lähettämisen CloudIQ:lle. Tarkista podin tila seuraavalla komennolla:

kubectl get supportassist -n powerflex -o yaml

Se näyttää seuraavan tilan:

Vaikutus 

CloudIQ- ja laitteisto-/ohjelmistohälytyksiä ei enää lähetetä kotiin.

Cause

Verkkoon liittyvä ongelma SupportAssist-podin ja Dell Secure Remote Services -palvelimen (esrs3-core.emc.com) välillä aiheuttaa etäkäytön määritysvirheen SupportAssist-podissa.

 

Resolution

Varmista SupportAssist-podin ja Dell Secure Remote Services -palvelimen välinen verkkoyhteys suorittamalla dig-komento podin sisällä:

 kubectl exec -it -n powerflex supportassist-vxrackflex-0 – bash
 
# dig esrs3-core.emc.com

Poista SupportAssistin rekisteröinti ja rekisteröi se uudelleen uudella käyttöoikeusavaimella.

PFMP-versioon 4.8 on lisätty parannus verkon epävakaudesta tai menetyksestä palautumiseen.
