Symptoms

次のコマンドを使用してポッドのステータスを確認した後、SupportAssistはCloudIQへのコール ホーム ファイルとアラートの送信を停止します。

kubectl get supportassist -n powerflex -o yaml

次のステータスが表示されます。

supportassist-vxflexappliance_logsにエラーが表示されます。

SupportAssist-vxflexappliance_logsでは、SupportAssistが https://esrs3-core.emc.com/ への接続に失敗したことも表示されます。

問題 

CloudIQおよびハードウェア/ソフトウェア アラートはホームに送信されなくなりました。

Cause

SupportAssistポッドとDell Secure Remote Servicesサーバー(esrs3-core.emc.com)間のネットワーク関連の問題により、SupportAssistポッドでリモート アクセス設定エラーが発生します。

 

Resolution

ポッド内からdigコマンドを実行して、SupportAssistポッドとDell Secure Remote Servicesサーバー間のネットワーク接続を確認します。

 kubectl exec -it -n powerflex supportassist-vxrackflex-0 – bash
 
# dig esrs3-core.emc.com

SupportAssistを登録解除し、新しいアクセス キーで再登録します。

PFMPバージョン4.8では、ネットワークの不安定性や損失からのリカバリーが改善されています。
