Symptoms

SupportAssist가 CloudIQ로의 Call Home 파일 및 알림 전송을 중지합니다. 다음 명령으로 포드 상태를 확인한 후:

kubectl get supportassist -n powerflex -o yaml

다음 상태가 표시됩니다.

영향 

CloudIQ 및 하드웨어/소프트웨어 알림이 더 이상 집으로 전송되지 않습니다.

Cause

SupportAssist 포드와 Dell Secure Remote Services 서버(esrs3-core.emc.com) 간의 네트워크 관련 문제로 인해 SupportAssist 포드에서 원격 액세스 구성 오류가 발생합니다.

 

Resolution

포드 내부에서 dig 명령을 실행하여 SupportAssist 포드와 Dell Secure Remote Services 서버 간의 네트워크 연결을 확인합니다.

 kubectl exec -it -n powerflex supportassist-vxrackflex-0 – bash
 
# dig esrs3-core.emc.com

SupportAssist를 등록 취소하고 새 액세스 키로 다시 등록합니다.

네트워크 불안정 또는 손실을 복구하기 위한 개선 사항이 PFMP 버전 4.8에서 도입되었습니다.
