Symptoms

SupportAssist 會停止傳送回撥檔案和警示至 CloudIQ。使用下列命令檢查 Pod 狀態後：

kubectl get supportassist -n powerflex -o yaml

它會顯示下列狀態：

lastUpdated: "2025-01-13T09:05:33Z"
    phase: 'Reconciling: Remote access configuration failed'
    remoteAccessIP:

    state: Failed

SupportAssist-vxflexappliance_logs 顯示錯誤：

影響 

CloudIQ 和硬體/軟體警示已不再傳回。

Cause

SupportAssist 容器和 Dell Secure Remote Services 伺服器 （esrs3-core.emc.com） 之間發生網路相關問題，導致 SupportAssist 容器上發生遠端存取組態錯誤。

 

Resolution

從 SupportAssist 容器內執行 dig 命令，以確認 SupportAssist 容器和 Dell Secure Remote Services 伺服器之間的網路連線能力：

 kubectl exec -it -n powerflex supportassist-vxrackflex-0 – bash
 
# dig esrs3-core.emc.com

使用新的存取金鑰取消註冊並重新註冊 SupportAssist。

PFMP 版本 4.8 導入了有關從網路不穩定或丟失中恢復的改進。
