Symptoms

SupportAssist 停止向 CloudIQ 发送 Call Home 文件和警报。使用以下命令检查 Pod 状态后：

kubectl get supportassist -n powerflex -o yaml

它显示以下状态：

    phase: 'Reconciling: Remote access configuration failed'

影响 

CloudIQ 和硬件/软件警报不再发送到总部。

Cause

SupportAssist Pod 与 Dell Secure Remote Services 服务器 （esrs3-core.emc.com） 之间的网络相关问题导致 SupportAssist Pod 上出现远程访问配置错误。

 

Resolution

通过从 pod 内部运行 dig 命令，确认 SupportAssist Pod 与 Dell Secure Remote Services 服务器之间的网络连接：

 kubectl exec -it -n powerflex supportassist-vxrackflex-0 – bash
 
# dig esrs3-core.emc.com

使用新访问密码取消注册然后重新注册 SupportAssist。

PFMP 版本 4.8 中引入了从网络不稳定或丢失中恢复的改进。
