Symptoms

Vuonna 2024 julkaistu langaton Wi-Fi 7 -standardi toimii kolmella langattomalla kaistalla (2,4 GHz, 5 GHz ja 6 GHz) taajuusresurssien täysimääräiseen hyödyntämiseen. Wi-Fi 7 pyrkii tarjoamaan hämmästyttäviä nopeuksia entistä tehokkaammin.

Maaliskuusta 2025 lähtien Wi-Fi 7 ei tue natiivisti Dellin esiasennettuja Linux-tietokoneita (kuten Ubuntu 24.04, Red Hat 9.4). Tietokoneet, joissa on Wi-Fi 7 -yhteensopiva langaton moduuli (esimerkki: Intel BE200 -sarja), ei ole ohjaintukea Wi-Fi 7 -ominaisuuksille (320 MHz laaja kaistanleveys, 4096-QAM, Multi-link operation (MLO) ja niin edelleen).
