Symptoms

Інструмент PnU не може приєднати HLH-файл HLH до iDRAC під час використання облікових даних, подібних до наведених нижче:

Connected Console Username: domain\username

Cause

API для iDRAC не працює, якщо використовується облікові дані домену "domain\username" для імені користувача підключеної консолі в інструменті автоматизації PNU. 

Resolution

Щоб вирішити цю проблему, використовуйте обліковий запис локального адміністратора без доменного імені.

Connected Console Username: testuser
 

Ім'я користувача підключеної консолі: testuser
