Symptoms

게이트웨이 및 관리 클러스터와 함께 PowerFlex Manager 업그레이드를 완료한 후 사용자가 CO(Compute Only) 리소스 그룹도 업그레이드했습니다. 다음 단계는 SO 노드 리소스 그룹을 업데이트하는 것입니다. 사용자가 SO 노드 리소스 그룹을 클릭한 후 "비준수" 링크를 클릭하려고 하면 규정 준수 보고서로 이동합니다. 

사용자는 SO RG 내에서 노드를 선택하여 업그레이드를 시작할 수 없습니다.  

Cause

PowerFlex 4.x가 포함된 Dell PowerFlex 어플라이언스 업그레이드 가이드 가이드에 올바른 업그레이드 순서가 설명되어 있습니다. 

  1. PowerFlex Manager 업그레이드
  2. vCenter 업그레이드
  3. CloudLink Center 업그레이드
  4. 관리 컨트롤러 업그레이드 
  5. PowerFlex 노드 업그레이드 

 

 

Resolution

스토리지 전용 리소스 그룹보다 먼저 CloudLink를 업그레이드해야 합니다.
