Symptoms

Ongelmia yhteyden muodostamisessa agenttiin, kun käyttöliittymän yhteys muuttuu punaiseksi agentin isännän tai AppSyncin päivityksen jälkeen.

If this is a Windows agent host, ensure AppSync Host Plug-in service is in running state. If this is a Unix agent host, verify ssh service.

Cause

AppSync-agentin isännän ja AppSync-palvelimen version yhteensopivuusristiriita tukitaulukon mukaisesti, agenttien välillä esiintyy yhteysongelmia.

Resolution

1. Nollaa SSH-avain AppSync-käyttöliittymässä seuraavien ohjeiden
mukaisesti: Kirjaudu AppSync-käyttöliittymän > asetuksiin > Infrastruktuuriresurssit > Palvelin/klusterit > Valitse isäntä > valitsemalla Lisää> Nollaa SSH-avain.

2. Jos nollausnäppäimet eivät toimineet, pingaa AppSync-palvelin agenttipalvelimeen komentokehotteen avulla.
