Symptoms

DD OS 升級後無法存取 Web UI 嘗試前往網頁並取得狀態 404 未找到。

Cause

未過期的根 CA 已不再受信任。這可防止 PowerProtect DD System Manager （DDSM） 載入或成功登入。 

此問題不限於下列 DD OS 版本：

  • DD OS 8.4
  • DD OS 8.3
  • DD OS 7.13.1.40

Resolution

重新產生「連線至遠端主機時發生錯誤：可能必須在日誌條目之間重新建立相互信任。使用以下文章中的說明重新生成 CA。
