Symptoms

Mogelijk hebt u geen audio met de Dell SB725 soundbar wanneer de soundbar is aangesloten op de USB-poort van een Dell monitor.

Getroffen apparaat:

  • Dell Pro Premium soundbar voor conferencing, SB725

Cause

Als de USB-upstreamkabel van de monitor niet is aangesloten op de Dell computer, worden er geen audiodata verzonden tussen de computer en de Dell monitor.

Resolution

USB-upstreamkabel

Als de monitor op de computer is aangesloten via een HDMI- of DisplayPort-verbinding, moet de USB-upstreamkabel van de Dell monitor op de computer zijn aangesloten om de soundbar van stroom te voorzien.

Sluit de USB-upstreamkabel die bij de Dell monitor is geleverd aan op de monitor en sluit het andere uiteinde van de kabel aan op de computer.
