Symptoms
In Dell Automation Platform v1.0, when attempting to access the /rest/v1/offers or /rest/v1/offers/ {id} endpoint, endpoints with unsupported special characters added to the URL, the API still responds with a 200 OK status code, which is incorrect behavior.
The expected behavior is to return an error status code (for example, 404 or 400) for invalid endpoints.
It is a cosmetic issue and has no impact to security or functionality.
Cause
It is a cosmetic issue.
Resolution
The permanent fix will be implemented in the next Dell Automation Platform release.
For existing releases, double check the API path before proceed with an API call.
