Symptoms

"new page map is wrong size" 오류로 인해 NetWorker Management Console에 새 NetWorker Client 시스템을 추가할 수 없습니다.

클라이언트 시스템의 FQDN, 짧은 이름 및/또는 IP 주소를 사용할 때 NMC에서 문제가 발생합니다.

Cause

DNS 및/또는 로컬 호스트 파일에 잘못된 항목이 있습니다.

Resolution

DNS 정방향 및 역방향 조회에서 NetWorker Client 시스템의 잘못된 항목이 있는지 확인합니다. 호스트 이름, IP 주소 등

NetWorker Server, NMC 시스템 및 NetWorker Client 시스템의 로컬 호스트 파일에 잘못된 호스트 이름, IP 주소 등이 있는지 확인합니다.

NetWorker Server에서 다음을 실행합니다.

  1. Ping Client_IP_Address
  2. Ping Client_Hostname
  3. nslookup Client_IP_Address
  4. nslookup Client_Hostname

수리하다:
클라이언트 시스템의 DNS 항목을 수정합니다.

해결 방법:
해결 방법으로 NetWorker Server, NMC 시스템 및 Client 시스템에서 올바른 hosts 파일 항목을 사용합니다.


참고: Exchange DAG, SQL 클러스터 등인 경우 클러스터의 모든 노드에 대한 DNS 항목과 클러스터 이름 자체를 확인합니다.
