Symptoms

솔루션 팩 - Dell Data Domain - Total Disk Capacity 보고서에 차이가 표시됩니다.

 

영향을 받는 보고서 경로: 
Report Library -> Dell Data Domain -> Summary -> Table View ->Disk Capacity (TiB)
Report Library -> Dell Data Domain -> Inventory -> Arrays ->Disk Capacity (TiB)
Report Library -> Dell Data Domain -> Inventory -> Disks - Capacity (>TiB)

Cause

Disk Capacity (TiB)에 대한 값 설정은 보고서에서 Auto conversion formula로 설정되어 GiB 값을 원하는 TiB 대신 Auto로 변환합니다. 단위가 다르면 총합이 정확하지 않습니다.

Resolution

총 용량이 TiB 단위에 올바르게 표시되도록 값 설정 단위를 Auto에서 TiB로 변경합니다.

 

단계:

  1. 오른쪽 위에 있는 Modifications(막대 그래프) 아이콘을 클릭하고 ->Edit Reports를 선택합니다. 
  2. Edit Mode 페이지의 트리 노드에서 Report Library -> Dell Data Domain -> Summary -> Table View -> Arrays 를 클릭합니다
    • 보고서 세부 정보: 테이블 값> : 디스크 용량(TiB) -> 값 설정
  1. 스케일링 모드 -> 단위별
    • 단위 변경 ->Auto가 아닌 GiB에서 TiB로
  2. 저장하기
  1. 아래 보고서에 대해서도 a 및 b 단계를 반복합니다.
  • Report Library -> Dell Data Domain -> Inventory -> Arrays 
    • 보고서 세부 정보: 테이블 값> : 디스크 용량(TiB) ->값 설정
  • Report Library -> Dell Data Domain ->Inventory -> Disks 
    • 보고서 세부 정보: 테이블 값> : 용량(TiB) -> 값 설정

이전:
단위 GiB를 자동으로 표시하는 값 설정  

후:
GiB에서 TiB 단위를 보여주는 값 설정 

Additional Information

SRM 6.0.0.0 이상에서는 Scaling Value Settings의 기본값이 Auto에서 TiB로 설정되었습니다.
