舊版 BIOS 不支援 Intel Core Ultra 200 U 系列

 

Intel Core Ultra 200 U （Arrow Lake） Dell Pro Plus 或 Premium 筆記型電腦在 BIOS 更新期間顯示錯誤代碼。Dell Pro Plus 和 Premium 筆記型電腦配備 Intel Core Ultra 200 V （Lunar lake） 或 Arrow Lake 系列 CPU。若無法使用筆記型電腦的產品服務編號，表示可能會嘗試從 Dell 驅動程式網站安裝舊版 BIOS。安裝舊版 BIOS 可能表示 BIOS 不支援 Arrow Lake 系列處理器。筆記型電腦處理器組態必須安裝正確的 BIOS。

注意：您筆記型電腦中的處理器類型可從多個位置取得：

Cause

月球湖系列於 2025 年 1 月推出，但箭湖系列直到 2025 年 3 月才推出。

版本之前發佈的任何 BIOS 2.0.1 不支援 Arrow Lake 系列處理器。(例如：版本 1.0.2小 1.1.0小 1.2.0，以及以後。

最近的修訂版同時支援月球和箭湖。
