Symptoms

Benchmarking-software rapporterer dårlig skriveydelse på Phison P0221 SSD'erne. Crystaldiskmark og andre benchmarkværktøjer returnerer "Disk read/write speed 0" på NVMe-drevet (Non-Volatile Memory Express).

Cause

Drevets firmware (FW) kan ikke udføre affaldsindsamling (GC) i baggrunden. SLC-cachen (Single Level Cell) ryddes ikke. En fuld cache får FW til at udløse GC i forgrunden, hvilket begrænser værtskommandoer. Dette medfører et fald i ydeevnen over tid.

Resolution

Bemærk: Før du starter opdateringen, skal du gøre følgende:

  2. Tilslut vekselstrømsadapteren, hvis der køres opdateringer på en bærbar computer.
