Telnetを使用して内部スイッチに接続しようとすると、接続拒否メッセージが返されます。
 

注：通常、スイッチAのIPアドレスは192.168.255.200で、スイッチBは192.168.255.201です。ただし、システム構成によっては、スイッチのIPアドレスがこれと異なる場合があります。スイッチのIPアドレスを収集する手順については、この記事の解決方法に関するセクションを参照してください。

Cause

内蔵Avamar Dell S4128F-ONスイッチのTelnetサーバーが無効になっています。

Resolution

  1. 次を使用して、影響を受けるAvamarユーティリティー ノードに管理者ユーザーとしてログインします。 SSHの詳細を確認してください。
  2. 次のコマンドを実行して、スイッチのIPアドレスを確認します。
nodedb print | grep -A1 "switch id"
  1. 次のコマンドを実行して、システム ロックボックスからスイッチ パスワードを取得します。
avlockbox.sh -r switch-A-password
  1. を使用して、管理者ユーザーとして最初のスイッチ(スイッチA)に接続します。 SSHの詳細を確認してください。手順2で収集したスイッチAのIPアドレスと、手順3で収集したパスワードを使用します。
