Symptoms

rpowermt 명령을 실행하면 모든 PowerPath/VE 호스트에 대해 다음 오류가 반환됩니다.

ERROR: ELMC720: 통신을 위해 토큰을 가져올 수 없습니다. 제공된 PPMA 세부 정보를 확인하고 PPMA 인스턴스가 실행 중인지 확인합니다.


참고: 업그레이드 전에 rpowermt 명령이 작동하고 있었습니다.

Cause

이 특정 경우 사용자는 업그레이드 중에 "root" 사용자와 동일한 암호를 "ppadmin" 사용자에 사용했습니다. rpowermt 명령을 실행하려고 시도하는 동안 위의 오류와 함께 오류가 계속 발생합니다. ELMC720.

근본 원인은 "root" 사용자와 동일한 암호를 설정하지 않았습니다. 그러나 사용자 설정에서 환경적인 것처럼 보였고 여러 시에 시행된 후에도 실습실에서 재현할 수 없었던 다른 것이 있습니다.

Resolution

"ppadmin" 암호를 변경한 후 rpowermt 명령을 성공적으로 실행할 수 있습니다.
