File system deletion with '-reclaim' option.
File system delete task with '-reclaim' option reports Failed state, however file system is deleted successfully and pool available capacity increases.

Cause
File OE incorrectly parses task completion state response from the Data Mover.
Resolution
Solution applies to deletion of file systems, built on thin storage, with the '-reclaim' option.
Problem is benign, it can be ignored on confirmation that the file system has been deleted and pool available capacity has increased.
