Symptoms

On a PowerStore T unified appliance, while adding or modifying Network File System (NFS) export host access may fail. 

Cause

Error caused by invalid hostname/IP format—no validation in REST add or update.

Resolution

Use the PowerStore Manger UI to add host names. The PowerStore Manager UI performs basic hostname validation for incorrect export host names.
Incorrect host names can be added or modified from PSTCLI.
