Symptoms

NetWorker 集成了外部身份验证。
AD/LDAP 用户间歇性观察到登录失败。本地 NetWorker 帐户（例如，默认管理员帐户）未观察到任何身份验证问题。

NetWorker 身份认证 （authc） 服务器在authc-server-audit.log中报告以下内容：
Linux：/nsr/authc/logs/authc-server-audit.log
Windows：C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\logs\authc-server-audit.log

Cause

Resolution

检查 NetWorker 服务器和 AD 服务器之间的域名系统 （DNS） 解析：

验证 NetWorker 身份认证服务器未观察到高延迟或 AD 服务器的通信问题：
提醒：默认 AD/LDAP 端口为 389。如果集成使用 LDAPS （SSL），则默认端口为 636。
