Symptoms

- 하나 이상의 Manager MDM이 SLES 15.x에서 실행 중입니다.

- switch_cluster_mode 명령을 실행하거나 LDAP를 사용하도록 인증을 설정할 때 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

# scli --switch_cluster_mode --cluster_mode 3_node --add_slave_mdm_name mdm2 --add_tb_name tb
Error: MDM failed command.  Status: One of the cluster nodes failed loading the LDAP library

# scli --set_user_authentication_method --native_and_ldap_authentication
Error: MDM failed command.  Status: One of the cluster nodes failed loading the LDAP library

영향 

LDAP 인증을 사용하거나 MDM 소유권을 새 Manager MDM으로 전환할 수 없습니다.

Cause

SLES 15.x는 MDM이 찾는 것과 다른 이름의 LDAP 라이브러리를 사용합니다. 잘못된 파일을 로드하려고 하면 LDAP 라이브러리를 찾아서 로드하지 못합니다.

Resolution

이 문제는 올바른 LDAP 라이브러리에서 MDM에 필요한 라이브러리로 링크를 생성하여 간단히 해결할 수 있습니다.

이 문제가 있는 SLES 15.x Manager MDM에서 다음 명령을 실행합니다.

ln -s /usr/lib64/libldap_r-2.4.so.2.10.9 /usr/lib64/libldap-2.4.so.2
 

이전에 실패했던 명령이 이제 작동합니다.
