Symptoms

已觀察到以下症狀：

  • 涉及的 NAS 共用設定為支援多重通訊協定 （CIFS 和 NFS）。
  • 您無法將 NAS 檔案從原始位置還原至替代位置。
  • 收到錯誤訊息 NAS 代理程式錯誤代碼「ARF0007」。
  • 收到錯誤 PowerProtect Data Manager 錯誤復原程序已完成，返回代碼為：65280.
  • 您可以執行還原至原始位置，但這有可能覆寫現有檔案。

Cause

PPDM 19.18 目前不支援替代 （非直接） 還原的混合/多重通訊協定共用 （SMB/NFS） 還原。

Resolution

PPDM 19.18 目前不支援替代 （非直接） 還原的混合共用 （SMB/NFS） 還原。

只要選取「直接複製目標位置的檔案」選項，即可還原至原始位置或替代位置。

選取「直接複製」選項可讓還原正常運作，因為不需要建立新目錄，也不必發生與多重通訊協定相關的權限問題。
