Symptoms

观察到以下症状：

  • 涉及的 NAS 共享配置了多协议（CIFS 和 NFS）支持。
  • 您无法将 NAS 文件从原始位置还原到备用位置。
  • 收到错误消息 NAS 代理错误代码“ARF0007”。
  • 收到错误 PowerProtect Data Manager 错误恢复过程已完成，返回代码：65280.
  • 您可以执行到原始位置的还原，但这有可能覆盖现有文件。

Cause

PPDM 19.18 目前不支持用于备用（非直接）还原的混合/多协议共享 （SMB/NFS） 还原。

Resolution

PPDM 19.18 目前不支持用于备用（非直接）还原的混合共享 （SMB/NFS） 还原。

还原到原始位置或备用位置，只要选择了“直接在目标位置复制文件”选项即可。

选择 Direct Copy选项可让还原正常工作，因为它不必创建新目录和与多协议相关的权限问题。
