Cause
Starting with Avamar version 19.10, the Embedded Service Enabler (ESE) framework replaces the deprecated ConnectEMC to enhance integration and streamline service enablement. The issue is traced to a known software defect that requires specific code-level remediation.
Resolution
Apply the latest MCS hotfix for 19.12 version.
