Symptoms

Data Domain을 추가하려고 하면 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

Unable to add SNMP Community string to Data Domain System 
Code: 31011
 

Data Domain을 편집하려고 하면 오류 코드 30973이 다음과 함께 표시됩니다.

The file system is disabled on the Data Domain system. The file system must be enabled in order to perform backups and restores
 

다음 오류가 다음에 표시됩니다. /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_log/mcserver.log.0을 설정합니다.

WARNING: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/local/avamar/lib/ddr_key (Permission denied)
 

Data Domain 파일 시스템이 실행되고 있습니다.

Cause

에 대한 권한 또는 소유권 문제가 있습니다. ddr_key Avamar Utility Node에서 모니터링합니다.

Resolution

1. Avamar Utility Node에 admin으로 로그인합니다.

2. 루트 권한으로 상승합니다.

3. 현재 소유권 및 권한을 확인합니다.

ls -al /usr/local/avamar/lib/ddr_key
 

예시 출력:

-r--r---- 1 root admin 1.7K Apr 11 11:01 /usr/local/avamar/lib/ddr_key
 

권한이 위의 권한 이외의 경우( -r--r----- )에서 다음 명령을 실행합니다.

chmod 440 /usr/local/avamar/lib/ddr_key
 

소유권이 위의 사용자(루트 관리자)가 아닌 경우 다음 명령을 실행합니다.

chown root:admin /usr/local/avamar/lib/ddr_key
 

변경 사항이 있는 경우 3단계를 다시 수행하여 소유권 및 사용 권한이 올바른지 확인합니다.

 

문제가 해결되지 않으면 Dell Technologies Avamar 지원 팀에 서비스 요청을 생성 하십시오.
