Dell Unity: De instellingen voor externe logboekregistratie zijn verdwenen uit de Unisphere-gebruikersinterface. (Op te lossen door gebruiker)

- Configuratie-informatie over externe logboekregistratie kon niet worden bekeken in de Unisphere-gebruikersinterface.
- Hoewel de configuratie niet zichtbaar was, zijn de logboeken naar een externe syslog-server verzonden.
- Probeerde het opnieuw te configureren met hetzelfde IP-adres en kreeg een foutmelding.

Er is een mismatch tussen de Data Base voor de Unisphere UI en de informatie die is opgeslagen in de CST voor een specifieke IP-vermelding.

Dit probleem kan worden opgelost door de beheersoftware opnieuw op te starten.

Unisphere UI > Service > Service Tasks > Restart Management Software.
