WL5022, WL7022 Software Microphone Mute Does Not Work

Symptoms
Users may try to mute the mic of WL5022/WL7022 on their computer when they are not in call. However the mic will not be mute.

Cause
The HUB software is designed to mute the WL5022/WL7022 when in Call. User is unable to mute the headset when it is not in call.
Resolution
Users can use the operating system Sound control panel > Properties > Level mute icon to achieve the same function.
