Symptoms
VxVerify 會上傳「minion」執行狀況檢查程式，在每個節點執行多項測試，偵測可能造成升級失敗的問題。其中一個節點執行狀況檢查為「idc_q」，它會從 iDRAC 佇列 中清除未完成的命令，並回報清除作業是否成功*。
此執行狀況檢查會傳回下列其中一個結果：

如果 iDRAC 命令逾時或收到無效的回應，則其他以 iDRAC 為基礎的測試可能也會失敗，例如「idc_as」（iDRAC 系統管理員狀態）。

* 除非在執行 VxVerify 時新增 -s 或 --service 引數。當 VxVerify 作為 LCM 或 ADC 的一部分執行時，也會包含此引數。
Cause
「idc-q」測試查詢 iDRAC 上是否有排隊的升級工作。如果有任何工作存在，這些工作的詳細資料會儲存到 VxVerify 記錄中，然後清除佇列。
若要略過清除佇列，請使用 --service （-s） 選項執行 VxVerify，以執行 minion 指令檔，而不重新啟動平台服務。
Resolution
發生下列事件： iDRAC 查詢失敗
如果 VxVerify 是以預設的升級設定檔執行，它會嘗試重新啟動 iDRAC 和 iSM 來修正 iDRAC 通訊問題。請參閱文章：
