Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager 虛擬機器 （VM） Direct Engine 解決方案用於保護 vSphere 環境。PowerProtect 介面基礎結構保護引擎頁面會顯示 my-vproxy.my-domain.com VM Direct Engine 的錯誤狀態。

Unable to check vProxy 'my-vproxy.my-domain.com' state: Get "Https://my-vproxy.my-domain.com:9090/api/v1/VproxyEngines/RstEngine": Server Certificate does not match with any known certificates. Server's identiy has changed. (proxy: my-vproxy.my-domain.com)

Cause

VM Direct Engine 已移至由不同 vCenter 伺服器管理的新 ESXi 叢集。憑證包含對部署 vCenter Server 的參照，此參照在新 vCenter Server 上將無效。

Resolution

移除現有的 VM Direct Engine，並將其部署於新的 ESX\vCenter 環境。

  • 開啟 PowerProtect Data Manager 介面
  • 瀏覽至「Infrastructure  > Asset Source」並將新的 vCenter 伺服器新增到 PowerProtect 組態
  • 瀏覽至「Infrastructure  >Protection Engines」並為受影響的 vProxy 擷取相關的網路詳細資料 （IP 位址、DNS、閘道）  
  • 從組態中刪除受影響的 VM Direct 引擎。
  • 新增包含相關網路功能詳細資料的 VM Direct 引擎，然後選取新目標 vSphere 資源。
  • 新的 VM Direct Engine 具有新的憑證，其中包含適當的 vCenter 伺服器詳細資料。
