Symptoms

Linux에 DPA 서버를 설치하려고 하면 즉시 종료되고 명령줄에 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

[root@hostname data]# ./DPA-Server-Linux-x86_64-18.2.0.104694.bin

Cause

시스템 임시 디렉토리(/tmp)에 공간이 부족합니다.

DPA 18.2 설치 및 관리 가이드에 따라 tmp 디렉토리에 더 많은 여유 공간이 필요합니다 https://support.emc.com/docu91989_Data_Protection_Advisor_18.2_Installation_and_Administration_Guide.pdf?language=en_US&source=Coveo
시스템 요구 사항 섹션:
서버 또는 데이터 저장소 설치를 위해 시스템 임시 디렉토리에 3GB의 여유 공간이 필요합니다.

 

Resolution

/tmp 파일 시스템에 더 많은 디스크 공간을 할당하고 설치를 다시 시도합니다.

또는

다음 해결 방법을 구현하여 설치 프로그램이 3GB 이상의 사용 가능한 디스크 공간이 있는 다른 디렉토리를 가리키도록 합니다.

  1. IATEMPDIR=path_to_directory
  2. IATEMPDIR 내보내기
  3. DPA 설치 실행
참고: 오류 메시지(JRE 라이브러리가 없거나 호환되지 않습니다....)는 일반적이며 공간 부족 이외의 문제에 대해 반환될 수 있습니다.
