NOTE: When gathering logs for Dell Support, always pull the logs from the DRM install directory or through the user interface. Save and Email Logs option.
DRM Logs Basics
DRM only uses one log for all its actions called drmservice-0.log
NOTE: Save and Email Logs Download option is better since it zips the entire log directory and can be downloaded from the user interface. Save and Email Logs. Convenient option to get all logs from within the user interface.
Under the DRM Application Drop Down > Help and Support, there is the option to Save and Email logs.

Can configure an email server to mail it as well for ease of transfer.
