在搜索升级期间，它可能会循环运行，并且无法按预期完成。
升级状态不会在 /etc/puppet/status 中更改为 xxxx.zip-completed。

在 /mnt/search/log/puppet/puppet_agent.log中，我们可以看到以下内容： 
Preparing...                          ########################################
                package crda-3.18-8.1.x86_64 (which is newer than crda-1.1.3-4.5.1.x86_64) is already installed
Apply SUSE patches failed with error code:254!
2022-08-30T11:24:31,596|workername|WARN|upgrade.sh:(line 337)|Execute package upgrade script failed with exit code: 254!

它继续循环出现这些错误。

Cause

这是由于无法升级 CRDA 二进制文件导致的。计算机中已存在的版本比要升级到的版本更高。

这会在 SUSE Linux 更新中触发错误，然后无法升级 Search。

Resolution

要解决此问题并允许升级完成，我们必须卸载阻止升级的软件包：

从连接到搜索服务器的 putty 会话中，运行以下命令以删除冲突的软件包： 
rpm -e crda-3.18-8.1.x86_64
安装将重新启动，并从升级工作流安装正确的软件包。

对于 Integration Data Protection Appliance，这使用 RUCK 工具进行标识。在所有搜索节点上运行上述命令。

对于 DP8x00 型号，在开始升级之前，还必须在两个索引节点上运行此操作。
