Customers may find that when sliding on the touchpad from edge to center, the cursor does not move until the user lifts their finger.

Note: The issue happens on Cirque collaboration touchpad only, Touchpad DPN: X1T83

Cause

Cirque firmware (FW) issue when moving finger from curtain to active area, palm-to-finger packet missed (Packet drop) randomly.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, update the touchpad FW to v1160.4202.34, A02 or later from Drivers & Downloads.
