Symptoms

When retrieving a shortcut message in Microsoft Outlook using SourceOne Offline Access, the retrieved message may be display in plain text rather than in html.

Although an error may not be logged, the following errors may be logged in the OffflineAccessAdding.log trace log on the user's machine:
 

System call failed. (0x86040100) Catastrophic failure  (0x8000FFFF)
SwapMessage () failed on item: <Message Subject>
Unable to open the message RTF body. HRESULT: 0x8004010f

This issue is resolved in Hotfix Bundles or Service Pack versions later than SourceOne Offline Access 7.2.7.7007 (7.2.7.GA).

Hotfix Bundles and Service Pack kits are available for download through https://www.dell.com/support.
Hotfixes are only available for the most current patch or Service Pack versions of the product that were available when this issue was resolved.
It is always recommended to upgrade to the latest SourceOne release version, Service Pack, and Hot Fix Bundle to ensure that all current issues are fixed.
