Symptoms

El portal de CloudIQ muestra la Isilon de los servicios de soporte remoto seguro del clúster (SRS) habilitada y CloudIQ habilitado.

El portal de CloudIQ muestra la conectividad detenida.

Se cumplen todos los requisitos previos según la incorporación de 157794 de KB: Isilon-PowerScale CloudIQ: Procedimientos generales para incorporar Isilon a CloudIQ

Los servicios de soporte remoto seguro muestran el clúster administrado bajo un Gateway con un estado bueno.

La ejecución de los registros de httpd en el Gateway muestra la conexión al keepalive dentro de los registros de acceso, pero no se están enviando datos de MFT:

Cause

La telemetría está deshabilitada en el lado del clúster.

Resolution

Para confirmar, en la línea de comandos, ejecute el comando ISI ESRS telemetría View :      
Telemetría habilitada: No hay
cargas pendientes: 0

Si la telemetría no está habilitada, ejecute ISI ESRS telemetría Modify--Enabled = true para habilitarla.
