Instructions
From version 4.7.510 and above, the log files' location has been changed to a different folder.
- In the RASR navigator press "alt+F2", switch the console to the command line
- Change the working directory with the command "cd /"
- List the file and folder with the command "ls", "/tmp" folder should be seen.
- Change the directory to /tmp/systems, then list the folder with the command "ls"
- There is a folder named as node service tag, change to this directory and list the file with the command "ls"
- , "/logs" folder should be seen.
- Change the directory to "logs" and list all files, RASR logs should be seen as below.
rasr_factory.log RASR-FIP.log ...
For VxRail 7.x:
From version 7.0.000 earlier than 7.0.4xx, the logs files' in the directory "/mnt/RASR/systems/<service tag>/logs"
The steps of RASR log collection are the same as when the version 4.7.510 and above in 4.7 train.
For VxRail 7.0.4xx and 8.0:
The logs in the directory "/tmp/system/<service_tag>/logs"
FIP, FIST, and rasr_make_usb logs are all in this directory.

Use either winscp, filezilla or some other file transfer program to download this file.
If the customer does not have a jump server. They must set a temporary IP on the node.
